Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM GST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note for Sharjah Customers: Deliveries within Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) may qualify for expedited processing.


2. Delivery Areas & Timelines

We deliver across the UAE, with a focus on Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi:

Note: Delays may occur due to weather, customs (for international orders), or traffic restrictions in Sharjah.


3. Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We partner with trusted UAE couriers: Aramex, Emirates Post, and Fetchr.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order ships. Track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Sharjah-Specific Rule: Per UAE Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to inquire about delivery status updates.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders over AED 300 qualify for free standard delivery within Sharjah.

  • Standard Fees:

    • Sharjah: AED 15

    • Dubai/Abu Dhabi: AED 25

    • Northern Emirates: AED 35

  • Express Delivery: Available for an additional AED 50 (delivery within 24 hours in Sharjah).

Note: Fees may vary for bulky camera equipment (e.g., tripods, lighting kits).


5. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/recipient unavailability, a second attempt will be made free of charge.

  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our Sharjah warehouse, and a refund/store credit will be issued (minus shipping fees).


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours of delivery via support@aljaynoor.com.

  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging for investigation.

  • Per UAE law, we will replace/refund items confirmed lost or damaged in transit.


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are processed under our Refund Policy.

  • Sharjah Media City Compliance: Customers have 14 days to return unused items in original packaging.


8. Payment Confirmation:

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Important Notes for Sharjah

  • SHAMS Regulations: As a Sharjah Media City-registered business, we adhere to all SHAMS e-commerce guidelines, including transparent delivery terms and customer dispute resolution.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may incur additional fees; these are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Local Holidays: Deliveries are paused during UAE national holidays (e.g., Eid, National Day).
