Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@aljaynoor.com.
After Shipping: Cancellations are not permitted once the order is shipped. You may return the item(s) as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
Important Note : If we cannot ship your order, we will cancel your order. We will refund your payment within 48 hrs from the order date.
We offer replacements for:
Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Incorrect Items Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Original tags/packaging must be intact.
Replacement subject to stock availability. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
