You may return most Products within 14 days of delivery, provided:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with tags/manuals intact.
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided.
The Product is not listed under Non-Returnable Items (Section 2).
Note: Per UAE Consumer Protection Law, returns for non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of 10% if the packaging is damaged.
The following cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
Software/Digital Products: Downloaded software, presets, or licenses.
Personalized/Customized Items: Monogrammed camera straps or engraved equipment.
Opened Accessories: Memory cards, batteries, or lens filters with broken seals.
Clearance/Sale Items: Marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for defective/damaged items. For non-defective returns, notify us within 14 days.

We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Recommended Couriers: Use insured tracked shipping (e.g., Aramex, Emirates Post). We are not liable for lost returns.
Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once approved.
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of approval.
Method: Refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Deductions: Restocking fees (if applicable) and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available for defective/wrong items.
We’ll ship a replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Report damage/defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos/video of the issue and packaging.
We’ll arrange a free return pickup or prepaid shipping label for verified cases.
Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible Products (e.g., cameras, lenses).
