1. Introduction

Welcome to AlJayNoor LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using aljaynoor.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all sales of cameras, equipment, and accessories (the “Products”).

2. Scope & Acceptance

  • These terms govern your use of the Site, including purchases, payments, and returns.

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts under UAE law.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are binding only after we issue a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

3.2 Payment Methods

  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UAE Bank Transfers.

  • All transactions are processed in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) through UAE-licensed payment gateways.

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://aljaynoor.com/ policies and rules.

3.3 Payment Security

  • We comply with PCI DSS standards and UAE Central Bank regulations. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • Cross-border orders may incur customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines, fees, and policies are outlined in our Delivery Policy.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation.

  • “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • UAE Consumer Protection Law: You may return unused Products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (logos, images, text) is owned by AlJayNoor LLC or licensors and protected under UAE Copyright Law.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from Product use or Site interruptions.

  • Liability for defective Products is limited to replacement/refund under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • UAE law governs these terms. Disputes will first be resolved amicably.

  • Unresolved disputes will be settled in Sharjah courts per UAE Civil Procedure Law.

  • Mandatory Arbitration: For SHAMS-registered businesses, disputes may be referred to the Sharjah Commercial Arbitration Centre.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, UAE import restrictions, or strikes).

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

11. Data Privacy

  • Personal data is processed per UAE’s Data Protection Law (DPL 2021).

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
