Thank you for shopping with AlJayNoor LLC. We strive to provide the highest-grade optical equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window & Guidelines

We accept returns on cameras, lenses, and tripods within 14 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all brochures, lenses, bags, cap covers, and parts.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

2. Refund Method & Processing Time

REFUND EXCLUSION STATEMENT: Refunds for successful cancellations or returned items will be processed and credited ONLY through the Original Mode of Payment. We do not provide cash refunds for card transactions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be immediately initiated. Please allow up to 10 to 15 working days for the refund transfer to reflect on your card account monthly statement, depending on your bank issuer's processing policy.
